Viva Southwest Festival de Mariachi Featured in MSU Denver RED Magazine

Mari Meza-Burgos, is an elegant and fierce presence in Denver’s Renaissance of Mariachi. As a MSU Denver Department of Music alumna, she is instrumental in fostering a pipeline for aspiring musicians from the community to the university by leading the LCAC Music Programs.

Along with the MSU Denver and the Levitt Pavilion Denver, we are pleased to bring you an evening of Mariachi on September 25, 2022. We will feature Denver’s own Mariachi Sol de Mi Tierra, and the first All-State Mariachi, an ensemble of the best Mariachi students in Colorado. They will open for Latin Grammy nominated singer Lupita Infante.

The concert is free and open to the public. There are limited VIP tickets available for a special Taquitos y Tequilaevent sponsored by Chef Dana Rodriguez "Doña Loca", and includes a meet-and-greet with Lupita!

Reserve your tickets and learn more about the VSMF 2022!
