The LCAC's monthly art and mental wellness workshops continue with Connecting Hearts on February 10, featuring local artists and sliding-scale pricing.

In response to valuable feedback from our community, we have expanded our art + mental wellness program throughout the year with monthly workshops, including those for men and boys. Each workshop will feature local artists & have a mental wellness component, ensuring that art is respected as a vital expression of self-care.
To ensure accessibility, the price of these workshops will be offered on a sliding scale. We firmly believe that investing in our programs is a way to take care of ourselves & each other to foster a culture of support & resilience.
